This course will assist you in managing the galley (kitchen) effectively, learning knife skills, classic recipes, and cooking techniques. 

You will undergo intensive practical application to ensure that you are able to execute all the necessary skills required in the galley, cooking for both crew and guests, in a creative and effective manner.

ADVANCED CHEF COURSE
